It seems that there is never enough time to update our blogger site with all of our comings and going lately. One evening we were sitting around watching television and reading a book during commercial breaks, when we heard a knock at our door. This is surprising to us it quite a trek up to our front door from the driveway for anyone wanting to see us.

After opening the door there was Morgan and Riley (sister & brother) with a huge plate of chocolate chip cookies and a couple of thank you cards. To our delight we discovered that they made their own thank you cards. Patricia & I have been giving drawing lessons to a small group of kids from our church; for which Morgan & Riley are apart of that group. The plate of cookies and thank you cards were an expression of their gratitude for these lessons. As you can tell by the pictures these two kids are quite talented and full of contagious enthusiasm for learning art.
